Welcome to this newly renovated beach home with all the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach!

The house has an awesome floor plan with an open kitchen, living and dining room in the middle. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook a delicious meal, a large island with seating, a pantry cabinet to fit all of your groceries, and a large 36" refrigerator. Each side of the house contains two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The beds are new comfortable gel cooling, memory foam mattresses with 100% cotton sheets. The outside space is just as comfortable as the inside space! Enjoy ocean view from the large deck that wraps around 3 sides of the house! The large screened in porch is perfect for relaxing or eating outdoors! The outdoor space also contains a new Hot Tub or hammock and swing for relaxing! No need to go too far for a beverage or snack as there is a full fridge and ice maker in the downstairs utility room. A large outdoor shower with two shower heads is perfect for after the beach, before/after the hot tub, or just your everyday vacation shower! The driveway contains enough space to comfortable park 4-6 vehicles. The renters closet is filled with beach chairs, sand toys, corn hole, and bocce ball for you to enjoy.
