The home has seven full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The kitchen is equipped for group meals with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, a double oven and an ice maker. Two laundry areas help longer stays run smoothly.

No parties, weddings, ceremonies or events. Maximum 18 people on the property at all times, including visitors. The primary renter must be at least 26. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No fireworks. Up to two approved dogs are allowed with advance approval and a $250 pet fee. No aggressive breeds or animals with a history of aggression.
